Sine the January 2024 the German Ministry of Health, requires us to provide electronic prescriptions in our daily practice. These will partially replace the old „red prescriptions“. A prescription issued by us is stored on a central server. These can be picked up by you (or a person appointed by you) at any pharmacy in Germany using your German health card (GHIC). You can make an order by contacting us via telephone or online (through the online order form for Prescriptions). In this case you will not have to come to our offices to get your prescription. However, this will only be done for prescriptions previ-ously discussed with your doctor, we still have to scan your GHIC once every 3 Months.
Green prescriptions, private prescriptions, prescriptions for narcotics and medical supplies (also red prescriptions) will be handled as before.
